My wife and I moved to Clermont In September. As we moved on short notice due to work demands, Lydia helped us secure a great rental property. While living in the rental property. A perfect house came up for sale. We contacted Lydia on a Saturday night at 7:30pm advising her we wanted to put an offer in on this particular house. We didn’t expect an immediate reply as it was late in the evening on a Saturday mind you. She wrote up and offer and sent it to the selling agent that night by 8:30pm. The house was in high demand. Since Lydia did not hesitate to write an offer on Saturday night, we were the first offer on the house, which was ultimately the reason they accepted our offer and we purchased the house!
